The fourth Brendon Energy solar installation has been successfully completed on Brompton Regis village hall. This will provide free electricity to the village hall and shop and will finance a local community fund administered by the village hall trustees.
Brendon Energy’s latest project is at Wiveliscombe Community Centre, where 32 solar panels (8.5 kWp) have been installed in December 2013. Next, a 9.75 kWp scheme is planned for Brompton Regis Village Hall in January 2014.
Brendon Energy’s second solar power station was installed on Churchinford Village Hall. This is a 9.75 kW project with 39 solar panels, which went live on 22 August 2013.
